REGISTRATION

Registration for the conference can be made by:

· Downloading the the online form to Word completing it & fowarding to the Conference Secretariat.

· Printing off the online form and faxing to +61 (0)8 9333 6646

· Contacting the conference secretariat to receive a copy of the form via fax or email.

The Australian Entomological Society is seeking expressions of interest for abstracts for its 33rd AGM and Scientific Conference. Proposed symposia include:

· Education, training & extension

· Biological control

· Biodiversity & conservation

· Ecology & behaviour

· Taxonomy & general biology

· Pest management & IPM

· Insects in the urban environment

· Social insects

· Insects & human health

· GMOs and insects

· Quarantine, trade & exotic incursions

· Insect genomics

REGISTRATION FEES & INCLUSIONS

Early Bird: A$395 (up to 19/07/02)

Full: A$445

Student/Conc.: A$200

Day: A$150

Social Functions: Welcome Reception (free, $45 for non-registrants)

Conference Dinner (free, $70 for non-registrants)

Wildflower/fauna tour (A$75)

Full, Early Bird, and Student/Concession Registrations include: Attendance at all conference sessions, conference kit (including folder, program booklet and abstracts), morning/afternoon teas and lunch each day with sessions, and one ticket to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.

One Day Registrations include: Attendance at conference sessions, morning/afternoon tea and lunch on a single day.

CANCELLATION FEE

Cancellations must be received in writing by 30 August and will incur an administrative fee of A$50, but registrations may be transferred at no charge. Cancellations received up to 6 September will receive a 50% refund; the registration fee is non-refundable after this date.
